At EcoGio, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an order, you may request a return in accordance with this policy and your statutory consumer rights.
14-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for eligible items.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within the applicable return period before sending the item back.

Condition of Returned Items
Where you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, the item should be returned in an appropriate condition and, where reasonably possible, with its original packaging and accessories.
You may handle goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs or other information that may help us investigate the issue.
We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and checked, we aim to process the refund within 7 days.
Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Return Delivery Costs
Where you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, the return delivery cost may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated by EcoGio.
Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise requires a remedy under your statutory consumer rights, EcoGio will deal with the return in accordance with applicable law.
We will provide return instructions before you send an item back.
Exceptions
Certain goods may be excluded from cancellation or return rights where permitted by law, for example goods made to the customer's specifications or certain sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Any applicable exception will be explained where relevant.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that you have under applicable UK consumer protection law.
UK distance-selling rules generally give consumers a right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, subject to applicable exceptions.
